New tips for healthier serving!
The new dietary guidelines have been released. Have you received them?
Many of our customers will probably be particularly concerned about the meat quantity recommendation of 350 grams per week, and everything that is now "suddenly" not allowed to be eaten. - And we know the industry: Often it is the guest himself who decides what should be on the plate. - But: We who know food and serving are allowed to make some moves behind the scenes. What's more: Thinking a little smarter about serving meat and using healthier ingredients can also pay off in kroner and øre!
If you include a little more vegetables, nuts, whole grains and fruit, and a little less red meat on your menu, you have made an important, smart move for public health.
