This privacy policy describes what information we collect about our registered members and about visitors to our websites, how and why we collect and use the information, and how we safeguard our members' rights and the rules of privacy legislation.

  • Visiting address/invoicing address

  • Telephone number and email address

  • Bank account number

  • Information about your use of the website, including which subpages are visited, browser settings and IP address.

What is the personal data used for?

Processing of personal data:

Systemkjøp only processes personal data that is necessary to fulfill our obligations to you as a member to safeguard your interests as a member. This includes, among other things, forwarding contact information to our contract suppliers to secure the member's agreements

In market-related services such as newsletters, promotional offers, information about trade fairs or invitations to customer meetings, consent can be given, changed or withdrawn at any time via a personal link included in each individual mailing. 

How is information collected?

Systemkjøp AS collects information through registration as a member.
Registration, storage and retention are carried out in accordance with archive legislation.
Information is stored in our CRM system, which is used for automated marketing and customer communication and bonus settlement.

Credit information about customers is obtained from Bisnode.
We only retain personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes described in the sections above or to comply with specific legal requirements. This means that the retention period for different types of information may vary. The Norwegian Accounting Act requires that invoice information be retained for at least 5 years.

Cookies*

We use the analysis tools Google Analytics and Squarespace Analytics for our website.

Google Analytics uses cookies*, which register users' IP addresses and provide information about the individual user's movements online. Examples of what the statistics give us are; how many people visit different pages, how long the visit lasts, which websites the users come from and which browsers are used. None of the cookies allow us to link information about your use of the website to you as an individual.


Systemkjøp AS stores information about which search terms users use on our websites in Google Analytics. The purpose of the storage is to improve our information offering. The usage pattern for searches is stored in aggregate form. Only the search term is stored, and they cannot be linked to other information about the users, such as IP addresses.

An IP address is defined as personal data because it can be traced back to a specific piece of hardware and thus to an individual. Systemkjøp AS uses Google Analytics' tracking code which anonymizes the IP address before the information is stored and processed by Google. This means that the stored IP address cannot be used to identify the individual user.

The following cookies are used on this website:
__utma. Used to measure your movement within our pages.
__utmz. Used to measure which website or link you came from.
__utmb and __utmc. Used to measure how long you are on each page, and how long the entire visit lasts. (Expires when the browser session ends)
_ga, _gat and _gid are linked to Google Analytics, which we use to collect visitor statistics, such as where visitors come from, which pages are visited and how long the visit lasts. Read more about Google Analytics cookies here .

ss_cid, ss_cvt,ss_cpvisit, ss_cvr, ss_er cookies are used by Squarespace Analytics to measure how you arrived at the website, which pages you visited, and how long you were on the site.
crumb - is a cookie used by Squarespace to increase security when you are logged in to Squarespace. You can read more at Squarespace Cookie Policy .

* A "cookie" is a small text file that is stored on your computer. Systemkjøp uses the "cookie" to recognize you and see what you do while visiting the website. It is also common to store choices and settings you have made on the website in a "cookie". We use the information we collect via "cookies" to analyze visitor trends, so that we can see if the website is working as it should and to improve the website. 

If you do not want "cookies" on your computer, you should change the settings in your browser before visiting sg.no. When the browser does not accept "cookies", you risk that sg.no and other websites will not work.

Deactivating and deleting cookies

You can delete all cookies in your browser after visiting the website. You can also disable the use of cookies in your browser. On netvætt you can read about how to do this.

Disclosure of information to third parties?

Systemkjøp does NOT allow third-party cookies in our trading solution.

Systemkjøp only forwards necessary information to our contract suppliers to ensure correct contract connections.

Your rights

According to current personal data legislation, you have, among other things, the right to access your own personal data, as well as the right to correction or deletion of incomplete or incorrect information about you.


Where the processing of personal data is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. If you believe that Systemkjøp AS has not complied with your rights under the Personal Data Act, you have the right to complain to the relevant supervisory authority.
