Salsa is a sauce with great potential, far beyond Mexican cuisine. That's why we are now relaunching our salsa portfolio.

We want to offer a salsa portfolio that feels clear and defined, and we want to make it easier for our customers to choose the right salsa, whether they want to use it as is, as an ingredient in cooking, or want to create their own twist.

We have therefore updated the design, name and are launching two new signature salsas. We divide our salsas into core salsas, which are our base range, and signature salsas that are ready to use and add something extra.

Updated design and name change

The labels have been redesigned with tasting notes and flavor profiles that make it easy for our professional customers to choose the right salsa.

Taco Sauce Hot changes name to Smooth Salsa.

Santa Maria is expanding its snack portfolio with a new variant – Snack Base Crispy Rings.

Santa Maria launched Snack Bases with Lentils and Corn last year and is now expanding with a new variant, Snack Base Crispy Rings.

Santa Maria Snack Base Crispy Rings make it easy to create fresh snacks with unique flavors and combinations. Snack Bases are prepared by frying and further flavored with desired spices. Serve as hot snacks that can be combined with drinks and dipping sauces. They are also good as a side dish that can replace French fries, or as an exciting topping on salads.

Snack Bases are available exclusively for professional customers such as canteens, restaurants, bars, theme parks and hotels. With a nice and subtle onion flavor, this snack is best suited for savory flavor combinations. Snack Bases should be fried for 14-20 seconds and expand 9 times their size. This makes Snack Bases a space-saving, affordable and smart snack option.
