Give morning people what they want, whether they want to sit down and enjoy their hotel breakfast or grab something quick and easy on the go.

Breakfast is often the most important meal for guests when staying at a hotel. Strict restrictions on serving have resulted in fixed breakfast times and limits on the number of guests in the breakfast room. This means that you have to think differently and offer guests new ways to enjoy a good breakfast and lunch.

Not everyone has the time or inclination to sit for a long time over breakfast, but most people want to start the day with something in their stomach. The potential for increased turnover in connection with breakfast is therefore great and more and more hotels are offering breakfast and lunch "to go". Maybe your hotel has already gained some experience with this or you need some tips to get started?

Läntmannen has compiled some tips on how you can easily get started with takeaway breakfasts – both for your own guests and drop-in customers.
