The need for international impulses and a genuine interest in food was the reason why Danora was established in 1988. Our business idea has always been to discover new and exciting trends, as well as develop attractive concepts that we can introduce into the market.

With a focus on international trends, innovation, quality and sustainability, we want to offer exciting and tailored products for people on the go. We offer a wide selection, from classic Italian products such as panini and calzone, to more sophisticated gratin sandwiches, sourdough toast, the new luna and authentic hand-tossed Italian pizza.

With nearly 40 years of experience in product development, Danora has brought innovative "food to go" concepts from renowned European manufacturers to the Norwegian market, and we must unashamedly say that we are market leaders in this area.

Our cakes, which both taste and look absolutely heavenly, are definitely worth trying. In addition to the fantastic taste, the cakes are pre-cut into serving pieces. Our cakes have a long shelf life in the refrigerated counter, which significantly reduces the risk of waste.

Danora offers Little Moon's mochi ice cream, Europe's leading brand in mochi ice cream.

As the first supplier of pre-filled food to and products, Danora has switched to ECC chicken.

ECC is an animal welfare standard, which means that all the chicken we use comes from a slow-growing breed with good animal welfare.
