We are attracted by what we see and smell. The scent of freshly baked waffles and freshly brewed coffee. Capture the customer's attention. Think about what draws you into a café or restaurant.
It's okay to cheat a little! Take advantage of bakeoff: Thaw, serve and save time. Find the best products that are right for your business. Ask your local wholesaler or us for help if necessary.
Limit the number of products. Instead, make a lot of what you sell the most. It saves time, reduces waste and increases earnings.
If you hire temporary workers , ensure they are trained in upselling, enthusiasm and, ideally, a bonus scheme . This will encourage everyone to go the extra mile.
When you meet a smiling salesperson or waiter who enjoys their job, customers buy more. Money is tighter in the summer months, so make sure your workplace is prepared and ready to help !
Don't underestimate coffee! Norway is the second largest coffee drinker in the world! The cost of raw materials is approximately 1-3 NOK per cup for filter malt or espresso, depending on which variant you choose. It is most likely the best income you have. – Feel free to run a campaign!
Coffee is fun for the customer – and profitable for you.
“ I also love mocktails! Colors and eye-catching... They can be sold anywhere, whether you run a bakery, restaurant, kiosk, fast food or hotel. ”
Impress with mocktails - a little everyday luxury
You don't need fancy ingredients, either! Tip from frukt.no: “Use a little sour, like lime and lemon, and a little sweet, like berries and fruits. Decide on a main flavor and add soda, mixed water or juice.” – Finish with a cool garnish.
